For my final project in User-Centered Design Methods, the goal was to conduct ethnographic research to find insights about the needs of families when traveling through the airport,  come up with solutions on how to improve way-finding in the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson airport, and how to encourage users to use the newly built ATL SkyWalk pedestrian bridge. Our findings and strategies were presented to the User Experience team at the Hartsfield-Jackson airport and received praise on good application of user research tools and out of the box solutions.
Selected content and visuals below were what I was responsible for in the group project.
